About us
Maria Chrysostomou School of Music & Theatre was founded in 2015. For us, it is very important that our students acquire musical and theatrical education as they are the future artists of this world. For that reason, we offer a complete educational programme of high standards.
Our teachers keep educating themselves and with the right logistical infrastructure we serve our purpose: we are making our students the protagonists of the future music and theatre stage.
At our school, we held many theatre, music and lyricism seminars led by Cypriot and Greek artists. Determined to fulfil our goal of a welcoming teaching environment for everyone, we inaugurated in May 2019 a big room equipped with mirrors, a sound system and a projector, perfectly suitable for various seminars and also rehearsals. The new room is accessible to people with disabilities.

Our vision is for our school to be a safe space of creation for every student, child or adult. To offer excellent music and theatre education through our adjustment to the needs and wants of all our students. To infuse the life of every student with joy, the values and skills that stem from the involvement with theatre and music, whether that is professional or amateur.
Through these, we envision the future generations of Cyprus closer to the Arts, with a moral compass and culture that is appropriate to European citizens.
